Job Purpose:
Provides support to the President with organisation, scheduling, correspondence and meetings. Takes responsibility and ownership of deadline compliance, and important documents and files.
Key responsibilities:
-Organise and schedule meetings
-Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
-Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for the President
-Manage the diaries and schedules
-Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments
-Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
-Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
Qualifications:
-University graduate is a must, a degree in business administration or related disciplines will be advantageous
-Excellent command of English and Chinese (The President is British)
-Good secretarial skills and computer skills including Chinese and English typing
-Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience with at least 1 year serving a senior executive
-Be pro-active, presentable, responsible, discreet and trustworthy, with people skills strong enough to cope with a dynamic environment
